What is Payoneer?
Payoneer is a portal that manages and offers pre-paid MasterCard card services. Anyone over 18 years of age, with or without a bank account, can have the card that Payoneer provides.
What option do I need to select on an ATM?
On an ATM, there may be many options (credit/debit card, etc). The option you must select is "checking account".
How do I activate my card?
Once you've received in on the mail, you can activate your card by:
1) Accessing www.payoneer.com:
a) Clicking on "My Account"
b) Typing your user ID and the password you chose when you applied for the card
c) Selecting the 4-digit PIN number and registering it
d) You'll receive an e-mail confirming the activation
2) Call 1-800-251-2521 in the United States or 1-847-451-1386 outside the United States and follow the instructions given, selecting option 3 of the related menu.
Will I receive any notifications when payments are made to my card?
Everytime your payments are loaded to your MasterCard, you will receive a notification via e-mail so that you accept the payment.
Can I load my pre-paid MasterCard using other cards, MoneyGram or PayPal?
Payoneer only allows you to load your card using other cards (Visa or MasterCard).
How can I check my balance?
You can do so by accessing "My Account" on Payoneer and typing your user ID and password.
What should I do if I lose my card or if it gets stolen?
You must contact Payoneer immediately on 1-646-224-6993 to report it. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
