About deadlines

We recommend that all clients set a deadline for their projects. Doing so allows both parties to have clear knowledge of the duration of the project and allows Workana's guarantee to be even more effective. If necessary and agreed upon by both parties, this deadline may be altered during the course of the project.


If for some reason the project is extended and you believe you won't be able to finish your work before the deadline expires, it is important to suggest a new date for delivery through our platform. You must do so a few days before the original deadline expires. That way, you will maintain a good relationship with your client.


Remember always that your communication with your client is key to having a good final result.


To suggest a new deadline for your project, you must go to My Projects, enter the specific project you wish to alter and click on Suggest new deadline. The new date must be accepted by both parties in order to be valid.

  • If a new date isn't defined through our platform, Workana's guarantee will be void.
